Meeting date and place
International festival „Vabalai 2010“ will take place on June 4th-6th, 2010, at countryside place, close to famous resort of Birštonas (the same place as in 2009).

Registration period
The online registration procedure will continue until 24:00 of May 23rd, 2010. Later the registration will be possible only at festival’s site on June 4th and 5th, but in this case registration fees will be higher. You can find online registration form here.

Registration fees
Every participant shall pay 10 LTL for car and 10 LTL for each arriving person.
If registering at festival’s site (i.e. after end of online registration), participants shall pay 20 LTL for car and 20 LTL for each arriving person.

Payment of fees
The payment can be done 2 ways:

By cash: paying to Mr. Ar?nas Stepulis (GSM +370-640-26646)

Catering
Participants arrange their own meals. During the festival, there will only be available small snacks and soft drinks for purchase.

Desired participant number
Completing the registration form, you can specify the desired number of the participant. If the same number is preferred by few participants, it will be given to that person who registered earlier. Registered participants and a list of booked numbers will be published on Vabalai.lt website every week.

Camping area
By specifying the desired area of residence, you will spend less time to settle at the festival’s site, as well as you will ease the work of the organizers.

Electric power
Everyone will be supplied of electric power according to their needs. This service is included in participation fee.
